Results of Amendment Referendum to the Quota Implementation Plan

The referendum to sunset the QIP and equalize the RQA’s did not pass. The outcome did not meet the criteria provided by the State Food and Ag Code and therefore the amendments will not be incorporated into the Quota Implementation Plan. The QIP will remain in force and will not be terminated effective March 21, 2025 -nor will RQA’s be equalized.
