Employee Reviews

  • “So far, I’ve found good work at dairy farm that was brought to my attention from Facebook post with Lecheros Unidos de California, they managed the whole process from the first contact, to the meet and greet. Even the follow up on both side (employer and employee). She checked if I was happy with my new employment opportunity, which I was, she also check in with the dairy owner/boss to see if management was satisfied with my work ethic. It was great fit all thanks to this great organization. Thank you very much Lecheros Unidos de California.

  • “This is a constant work and many people do not like to work all year round, but it is the only way to have work all year long as long as I am responsible and not lacking in my personal life. I am doing very well. Started working in a dairy since 1997 and I am very comfortable where I am working as a signatory, so I recommend people to work in a dairy and use this program as in easier way to find a job fast. It just takes a few calls and your set to start working.”

  • “What I liked about this program is that they can find you a job without going from dairy to dairy…”

COVID-19 and the American Workplace

The Wage and Hour Division provides information on common issues employers and employees face when responding to COVID-19, and its effects on wages and hours worked under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), job-protected leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).

FFCRA will help the United States combat and defeat COVID-19 by giving all American businesses with fewer than 500 employees funds to provide employees with paid leave, either for the employee’s own health needs or to care for family members. The legislation will ensure that workers are not forced to choose between their paychecks and the public health measures needed to combat the virus while at the same time reimbursing businesses.
